CULTIVATING AUDACITY
A Mars Retrograde Mandate to Pause, Reflect, and Fight
“Dripping water hollows out stone, not through force, but through persistence.” – Ovid

Or a Pluto retrograde cycle that happens once-a-year for months at a time.
Mars – the Roman God of War – connects us to how we act, go, assert, and take initiative.
This planet is audacious with little time to waste and an ambitious agenda.
But when retrograde (i.e., appearing to orbit the Sun backwards), that drive is thwarted. Levels of productivity feel “off.” It takes a herculean effort to get things done, and it’s annoying.
It’s frustrating.
It’s irritating.
And because the energy of a retrograde planet is often internalized by us below, this retrograde is bound to bring up some suppressed anger, impatience, and possible rage.
