Scorpio Season Begins

My journal of spells.

I recently rediscovered one of my old journals that had a number of spells written throughout (yes, spells!) I had created over the years for various things – love, healing, protection, etc. As I scanned its pages, there was one spell in particular that deeply resonated with me:

To the old me,

I bury thee.

Thank you for teaching me.

From this Earth,

May I now give birth

To a renewed power in me that was meant to be.

The past few weeks have been rough.

I blame eclipses, as well as a rather gnarly Aries Full (Super) Moon last week that linked up to Chiron in the sky.

As we press on to an eventful Scorpio season beginning October 22 – one that sees Mars entering the sign of Leo on November 3 for a hot minute before stationing retrograde, a contentious presidential election on November 5, and a Taurus Full Moon conjoined Uranus on November 15 that peaks before Saturn stations direct in the sign of Pisces –  the energy that feels most dominant right now involves Pluto sitting at that 29^th degree.
